About the Bozeman, Montana SCORE Chapter
The Bozeman Chapter of SCORE was chartered in 1972 as Chapter number 263. We are an active chapter and have more than 50 volunteers. We provide business guidance and counseling to the entrepreneurs and small business owners for Gallatin and Park Counties. Our counselors are experienced business men and women with the skills and knowledge necessary to assist business owners and future businesses achieve success in their business ventures.

Client service is our objective at Bozeman SCORE. Our business counselors are dedicated to provide the best possible service through face-to-face and telephone counseling. Our counselors will provide you with in-depth, industry-specific business assistance to help evaluate a business idea or plan, stimulate business growth, and ensure long-term stability.

Chapter officers are dedicated to the continued success of the Bozeman SCORE Chapter. Our Chapter is comprised of experienced counselors in marketing, finance, administration, accounting, planning and business ownership among a multitude of other talents. Individually or in team counseling, these SCORE volunteers make themselves available to help achieve small business success.
                        


The Bozeman Chapter volunteers have a wide scope of talents to assist you in your business planning evaluation, and execution. Business backgrounds include accounting, finance, banking, marketing, management, real estate, small to large business ownership, law, and business plan preparation;  just to name a few!  Our Chapter also offers business-oriented workshops throughout the year with some of our resource partners, such as Career Transitions, Inc.-Workforce and Business Resource Center and the Bozeman Public Library.

Our Chapter does not maintain regular office hours, we counsel by appointment only. To request a counseling session, please contact us by phone at (406) 586-5421 (Bozeman Chamber of Commerce) or you can e-mail us. Our initial counseling sessions are scheduled for Tuesday mornings; 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 A.M.

If you cannot meet with a SCORE member on a Tuesday morning, call (406) 586-5421 and the receptionist will attempt to schedule a counseling session with a counselor who can accommodate your personal schedule. All counseling sessions are confidential and at no cost to you.

Some of our counselors also travel to outreach areas, such as, Livingston, Big Sky and Ennis, Montana
